Frankly what Trump did was wrong. What Hillary did was wrong. Many things Hunter Biden did was wrong. And it certainly looks like The Chairman acted at a minimum unethically and at worst corruptly. The Espionage Act is frankly an overreaching and probably unconstitutional set of legislation...that certainly appears to be applied in a partisan way.
