The Carlson firing is still pretty shocking because he really upped the ratings game in that 8 pm spot. The conventional wisdom was that he and some of the others big ratings people were safe but Suzanne Scott might be the sacrificial lamb. But that was cw before the huge settlement.Comment

Lemon getting fired isn't a surprise at all. Their morning ratings stunk and there's been a barrage of negative articles about him recently. Like froot said he's well known to have a problem with sharing the spotlight and especially with women behind the scenes.
Tucker being gone is shocking to me. I thought he was the safest one of all.Comment
