The thing in Chicago last night was "a group of teens", several hundred, .. that went thru town harrassing tourists, and generally making trouble. It had to be some sort of organized thing, but nobody is talking about that.

Clearly, not part of the TV report nor part of any post event suggestion that this might be caused by the defund the police, stop incarcerating blacks policies with Lightfoot as the singular cause of this increasing hooliganism.
