      • I'll say it again -- there is institutionalized racism in this country, and it is against white people. The only institutionalized racism in the country is against white people.

Here is example number six thousand.

        https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/n...chers-laid-off

White teachers must be laid off or reassigned first before “educators of color” under the terms of a Minneapolis teachers union contract between the Minneapolis Federation of Teachers union and the school district.

The contract's “educators of color protections” section states that if a nonwhite teacher is subject to excess, the district must instead excess a white teacher with the “next least” seniority, according to Alpha News. The agreement was made on March 25 between the Minneapolis Federation of Teachers and the district to end a 14-day teacher strike, the Sunday report stated.

“Starting with the Spring 2023 Budget Tie-Out Cycle, if excessing a teacher who is a member of a population underrepresented among licensed teachers in the site, the District shall excess the next least senior teacher, who is not a member of an underrepresented population,” the agreement states.

COVID, CRT, SEXUALITY: WHAT'S BEHIND THE MASS STUDENT EXODUS FROM PUBLIC SCHOOLS

"Excessing" is defined as "the process of reducing staff in a particular school when there is a reduction in the number of available positions in a title or license area in that school," according to the United Federation of Teachers.

The agreement also states that nonwhite teachers “may be exempted from district-wide layoff[s] outside seniority order.” The agreement also allows teachers from “underrepresented populations” to be reinstated to their positions over white teachers, according to the outlet.

The reasoning in the agreement for enacting these measures is “to remedy the continuing effects of past discrimination by the District.”

James Dickey, a senior trial counsel at the Upper Midwest Law Center and a member of its legal team, claimed the racial component of the agreement violates the constitutions of both Minnesota and the United States. He encourages “any Minneapolis taxpayer or teacher who opposes this racial preference system” to send the law center an email.

So to be clear, Trump had nothing at Mar a Lago he wasn't supposed to have. But if he did it was planted. But he also had a standing order that anything at Mar a Lago was declassified so he already declassified the planted evidence just to be safe. A standing order he forgot he gave until 4 days after the warrant was executed.

I don't know what Trump had at Mar-o-lago. What I do know is that the FBI is a rotten-to-the-core organization that has no credibility. Perhaps after years of lies, deceit, and corruption they have finally bumbled their way into something of substance. If I were you though, I wouldn't hold my breath. I do know that Trump's people were very wise to keep those cameras turned on.

            • Yeah, Trump's bimbo lawyer admitted the cameras were on and the family was watching the FBI conduct the search from Bedminster. So I guess Mulder maybe held up a piece of black construction paper to the camera while Scully planted the kiddie porn.

              • You'd think that with as many times in recent years that crazy "conspiracy theories" have turned out to be true, you'd wait a little while before declaring them to be just loony theories.

                • It's pretty clear that the "recovery of classified documents" was a pretext to fish around for January 6th stuff to make a case they don't have, at the moment. Whether you think that's good, bad, indifferent -- that's what it was.

Unless there was a witness to some kind of evidence existing specifically at Mar a Lago I do not know why the "fishing expedition" would be restricted just that one Trump home and not any others.

Good interview with Laura Loomer on the Killstream. She is running for Congress again, but this time, she is running in a Trump +30 district. If she wins the primary, she's going to be a Congresswoman. She'll be the only Congresswoman banned from all of the major social media.

She's going to break out the fucking flamethrower if she gets in. Full on "Hulk Smash" mode against Facebook, Google, and Twitter.

The search warrant was limited, in any way, to classified information. And you know it.

It permits the seizure of “any government and/or Presidential Records created” throughout the four years of Trump’s presidency.
The first part of the warrant dealt with classified/confidential shit. The second part was any communication relating to classified stuff -- without regard to whether the communications were classified. But, ok, close, I guess. That last one, though, has almost no limits. They can take any scrap of paper.

It is what it is. If you want to pretend that it was some sort of narrow targeted search, knock yourself out. I have absolutely zero interest in expending any further words to convince you otherwise.

                            • I believe Loomer gave an interview where she attacked the Republican incumbent as being too old (he's 73). A bold strategy for the district that contains The Villages and where half the population is over 60. But we'll see

I'm not claiming it was a narrow, limited search. I'm just asking why no search of Trump Tower or Bedminster or any other place Trump owns if you're going on a wild goose chase.

I see no reason to doubt that they had a genuine "tip" about something at Mar a Lago specifically. Whether it's "top secret" classified info or secretly about Jan 6th material I don't know.
