  • Don't forget Don Lemon's self-own of epic proportions: "Where does it say protests have to be peaceful?" These are the people who look down on a majority of Americans.

    • Bad morning for me to be posting but I certainly have thoughts about the truckers. For now an article from cuckservative Matt Lewis.

Conservatives rallying behind the Canadian trucker blockade were passing laws a year ago allowing motorists to run over protesters.

Canadians are a funny lot. You can't spend a day in Toronto without getting stinkeye lectures from them because we got too many guns and elected subhumans like Trump, the Bushes and Reagan.

        And, they love Sidney Crosby.

        They deserve Trudeau.

        • Canada is the prime example of what happens when large urban areas determine who rules the country. This is where America is headed if the Electoral College is abolished. The only leaders we'll ever have is those who appease the most voters in NYC, Chicago and LA.

And Hillary is going to run again. Ain't that grand?

The Progs are gonna pay this November (God willing)...you can already see cracks in the "Prog Wall"...and why? They fear the November bloodbath. They will try to reinvent themselves to the voters in an act of self preservation but make no mistake...they are not doing this willingly. The pressure on these kooks must stay on and be relentless.

The difference could be explained as one protest was incredibly violent, destructive, costly, and based on a false narrative. The trucker protest is peaceful and in support of individual liberty. A better question is why Dem leaders let the BLM rioters run roughshod over their cities going so far as to let them burn down their own police stations without any push back. Now, I know the trucker protest is in a different country but even in Canada the government response is vastly different between the two and I'm sure it will be here as well, should we get to that point.

Or to boil it down more succinctly: The 2020 protests were in support of Marxist tyranny and the 2022 protests are in support of freedom. We all know what side the modern democratic party is on.

Goddamn right. The D's are already tripping over themselves to start rolling back Covid restrictions. I mean, in Washington state their governor is ending the OUTDOOR MASK MANDATE... in February of 20-fucking-22. Gee, it's such a head-scratcher why so much of the country fucking hates those idiots.

So if BLM kept things peaceful you’d be okay with them occupying the Ambassador bridge for as long as they want? I kind of doubt that

When blm blocked roads governors liked DeSantis passed laws making that a more serious crime and also reducing the potential liability of any motorist who runs them over.

                      • To me there is a big difference in civil unrest and peaceful protests. And thank you for the glowing remarks about Gov. DeSantis. I hope to vote for him in 2024.

As for the bridge closing, there is a simple fix to that. The Canadian government can address the truckers in good faith and move toward a solution but they refuse to do that. Dropping a silly mandate for a profession that has a 90% vaccination rate seems like a very easy and sensible thing to do. It can be done with the wave of a pen. Dismantling the fiction of "systemic racism", "white supremacy" and the rest will never happen because it's a made up problem. It's like demanding a pet unicorn. Good luck with that.

                          What exactly was BLM protesting?

                          • The "Summer of Love" protests were based on the premise of police brutality toward blacks without any accurate data to substantiate a claim of such and the BLM movement turned into a corrupt organization. Everyone is free to voice an opinion in this country and good for them voicing their opinion. Doesn't allow them to destroy property and ruin lives...but you know..."mostly peaceful" and all....the truckers are pissed because a mandate is being forced onto them with no justification...

Given that these types of road blocks are the norm, we don't really have much choice but to be OK with it.
