And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.
If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!
Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. Jeff asked the question:
The question I pose is that for those that have characterized America as facing more or less disastrous outcomes at all levels, facilitated by the prospect of a continuation of progressive administrations, encouraged by what you saw on Tuesday and what lies ahead for the radical progressive left's destructive agenda? I'm not sure and I'm pretty sure some conservatives will say too much water already under the bridge. Doomsday scenarios presented years ago, e.g., the inevitable slide towards a socialist state, are still on the table.
Good question. Jefferson said that all government tends toward tyranny. It will perpetuate itself. So there IS that.
But I've been saying since I joined this forum that the fundamental problem in the US is public sector unionism. The cycle of government workers providing enormous funding to politicians (90% of which is in-kind) and the politicians so elected then giving massive benefits back to the PSUs. This is particularly true in the education field. Kids are indoctrinated, they inform their parents, and the parents support the educators. This began in the 1980s and has become more onerous with time. That is how we find ourselves in the situation we are in now with "college-educated" white suburban women, most holding a victimology degree of some form, have been the most consequential electoral swing group.
The hope I have is that something that has taken 40 years to reach critical mass can be undone with relatively little political blowback. Simply ban any form of government employee association or union. No collective bargaining. No job-for-life. Allow the non-productive to be fired.
Another step would be for all colleges to co-sign any loan given by the government to any student. If a student wants to study in a field that has limited employment potential, then let the college pay the loan back if the student cannot. Deduct it from future government funding. Can you imagine how much better pre-freshman year career counseling will be?

Now I have a question. If you were put in charge of the Detroit Public Schools and were told your mission is to turn around the worst public school system in the US, what concrete steps would you take to accomplish that? You have "only" $ 30,000 per student to spend, so throwing more money at the matter isn't a solution. That has been tried and it has failed.

The prosecution is going its best to make the case FOR Rittenhouse. He might not even get convicted on the gun charge.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

Case was paper thin to begin with. Didn't seem that way to the casual observer, as the media has lied about it up until this week where a bunch of statements were made about their incorrect reporting, legal sees the writing on the wall, networks lied and can be sued.
Before we said he approached Rittenhouse with a cellphone in his had, we forgot to mention the handgun. Oops, our bad.
In earlier reporting, incorrect claims we made about Rittenhouse chasing what's his face down, oh, and yeah, we forgot to mention he was a convicted pedophile. We are super sorry and will strive to do better
And that shit about him smuggling a gun across state lines, well, yeah, we fucked that up too.
Prosecution is doing the best they can tbh, this should have never gone to trial.
