Maybe Hazard should change it's name to "Cheeky"
"Appropriate disciplinary action has been taken" in Hazard, Kentucky, after photos surfaced on social media allegedly depicting students giving lap dances to high school staff. The incidents from Oct. 26 were part of homecoming week; Superintendent Sondra Combs said festivities included a "man pageant," which somehow led to the lap dances by scantily clad students. One of the grateful recipients was the school's principal, Donald "Happy" Mobelini, who is also the mayor of Hazard. "Using this as a teachable moment," Combs said, "we will provide social media training for our students and staff." But, she emphasized, the district "has a tradition of excellence and academics in everything we do" -- apparently including suggestive bumping and grinding. [USA Today, 10/28/2021]I don't watch Fox News for the same reason I don't eat out of a toilet.

Over the last 48h, there's been an effort by several news outlets to characterize election results on Tuesday and/or interpret what they mean for 2022 and '24. Some have been reasonable others have been, as someone already described here and elsewhere I'm reading, an attempt to introduce spin to lessen what some observers have called a rejection of what the left wing of the D party, the progressives, are offering and the gigantic inflationary producing costs of continuing to spend irresponsibly.
.There are posters here who are obviously conservative, some that I'd consider radically but still reasonably so, that advance a doomsday scenario for America that involves a rapid, wholesale dismantling and rejection of an entire set of fundamental American values embodied in the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. Everyone here knows what I mean by this without elaborating.
I've seen a good deal of main stream conservative journalism that characterizes Tuesday's election results as a clear signal to the progressive crazy left that Americans that make up what used to be called the working class don't support their political philosophy or policies that they advance. Like DEFUND THE POLICE and more. I believe it is very important to understand that American voters that oppose the progressive left's agenda are very likely in the majority but the political and educationally elite class still have access to and can work the levers of government.
The question I pose is that for those that have characterized America as facing more or less disastrous outcomes at all levels, facilitated by the prospect of a continuation of progressive administrations, encouraged by what you saw on Tuesday and what lies ahead for the radical progressive left's destructive agenda? I'm not sure and I'm pretty sure some conservatives will say too much water already under the bridge. Doomsday scenarios presented years ago, e.g., the inevitable slide towards a socialist state, are still on the table.Last edited by Jeff Buchanan; November 4, 2021, 03:20 PM.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

I'm not in favor of a civil war, but this statement by Kapture:
I can not find common ground with a group of people that want to push hateful and divisive racism on children in schools, want to flood communities with illegals and give them free taxpayer money, who use the levers of federal power to compel compliance with their experimental gene therapy mandate. A group of folks that will throw you in a cage for the rest of your life for exercising your right to self defense. Who want to let violent and dangerous criminals out of prison and abolish the police and 2nd amendment."in order to lead America you must love America"

GREAT NEWS!!!
I recommend Guyana. Very non-invasive government, they don't give a fuck what you do as long as the bribes arrive on time. Maybe Trump will even join you, just so long as monogamous marriage is abolished at your commune.
