Not much from the prosecution other than "the defendant shot some guys". We all know that. The only new bit of info was that one of the rounds that killed Rosenbaum went into his back but that can be reasonably explained away because he was falling forward after the first two rounds struck his lower extremities.

Defense is up now. They are preparing to display dozens of pictures and video. The prosecution complained that they shouldn't be allowed because they haven't been introduced as evidence yet. The judge essentially said, yeah... this is a trial. That's what we're here to do. They are introducing all the photographic evidence they plan to use in their opening. This should be a quite a beatdown on day 1.

Problem is, HE introduced some of it during his opening remarks by saying he "couldn't" stay at his girlfriends house which is why he was downtown at the time. Well WHY was that the case. The defense if ripping this guy to shreds.

A bunch of Qanon crazies have gathered in Dallas today. Some prophecy online says JFK Jr is going to reveal today at Dealey Plaza that he faked his death to fight Satanists from the shadows, then declare Trump the true President. People are literally sitting around like a parade is about to start.

The guy who lost a chunk of his arm while holding a handgun told the police after the shooting that he lost his gun while running down the road. The reason he was running after them? To stop skateboard guy from beating Rittenhouse to death. LOL. They should move to have this shitshow dismissed after this.

EDIT: So the crux of the case has always been what happened with the first shooting that killed Rosenbaum. There's infrared aerial footage from an FBI plane that will play a central role in determining just that. Defense played some of it and you can clearly see Rosenbaum chase after Rittenhouse into the cars of the used car lot. The cell phone footage that everyone has seen doesn't show them after they disappear into the darkness among the cars. The overhead shot clearly shows Rosenbaum initiate a physical confrontation. Not only that, Rosenbaum's friend and sidekick for the night, fired a shot (into the air say's the prosecution) two seconds prior Rittenhouse ventilating Rosenbaum. The 4 shots that hit him were fired in 0.76 seconds which, as I previously stated, flies in the face of some sort of "shot in the back execution" that the prosecution tried to suggest in their opening.

I've got to say, every time I watch one of these big epic trials on TV it's always very slow and mundane. This shit is like a cinematic courtroom drama. All that's missing is the popcorn. Tune in if you get the chance!

Stocks are at record highs. Early indications seem to be that the labor market has shown improvement since mid-September but we'll know better tomorrow and Friday. Fed might raise rates significantly sooner than expected. They meet this week!

But put that news aside, that shit's boring, let's talk some more about the tranny kid at Oberlin who demanded no men be allowed to fix his radiator. The school didn't give in to any of his demands.
