The main reason Hutchinson vetoed it though is that it bans treatments like hormone blockers for minors, even if the minor, parents, and doctor are all in favor of it. Also he says it doesn't grandfather in anyone currently undergoing gender-switching treatments; they'd be breaking the new law, in other words, if they continue.

Seems destined for the Supreme Court in the future.

That's basically most cases. 10 year olds don't have the knowledge or the means to get hormone blockers. Nor do they have anything remotely resembling the judgement needed to make a decision on pumping chemicals into their body that will permanently alter their secondary sexual characteristics and turn them into androgynous she-males. That is also why we don't allow children to do a vast number of activities that adults do.

Doctor and parent-approved child abuse is still doctor and parent-approved child abuse.

A year ago you would have been accused of watching too much Fox News for suggesting that hormone replacement therapy for transgender children is even a thing that happens. True story in my case.

Suggesting that The Masters move to another locality is like suggesting Michigan v Ohio State be forever played in Winnipeg. Its just stupid.
