So you're admitting that massive amounts of votes were counted without partisan poll observers?

After those observers were sent home by an announcement that said that the vote counting was going to stop?

In contrary to every single statement that you have made previously about how Republican really were allowed to watch all of the votes being counted?

Yup, that video sure has been "debunked" LMAO

      • DSL -- do you think that a government official such as the Secretary of State maybe has an extra incentive to declare that he did his job properly and the election that he was in charge of wasn't a broken shitshow?

It's the Sec of State and his investigator team that say it's debunked. They've watched hours of footage. Not the little snippet you've been hand-fed by Trump throne sniffers.

And they have a sworn affidavit from the head investigator who says the partisan observers were never told to leave. Once upon a time, you thought affidavits were powerful evidence.

Do you think the observers who left might have an incentive to hide the fact they fucked up?

And as the Sec of State points out today, the GA GOP was invited multiple times to participate in the signature verification. They never did so. Why not? Maybe the GA GOP Chairman is embarrassed that he oversaw a shitty campaign organization and wants someone else to blame?

And speaking of looking for someone to blame...maybe that sorry sack of shit you voted for can't deal with the fact that he's unpopular and needs scapegoats and conspiracies in all these states to set his mind at ease? Ever ponder if Trump's fucked-up mind has invented a lot of this?

The video matches the complaints of Republican observers in detail. They claimed they were told to leave. The dishonest "debunking" of this claim is easily proven to be a lie. They were told to go home. They were told that the vote counting was going to stop. The video clearly shows that it didn't.

You have laughed multiple times at Republican complaints that they weren't allowed to watch the votes being tabulated. The video shows beyond anything remotely resembling a reasonable doubt that they were telling the truth. In Georgia at least. It's not exactly a stretch to say that they are telling the truth in other states too.

                • Anyways, the video has been thoroughly debunked. Ridiculous to call THAT your indisputable proof of fraud.

There's a reason every lawsuit has failed. They're built upon "evidence" like this.

No, because they didn't fuck up. At all. Do you think that the poll watchers just all independently decided to go home because they were tired and hungry? There is independent verification that they were told that the vote counting was going to stop. It's not their fault that they were lied to.

                    • And in other wastes of time and money, the AG of Texas is suing the states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Wisconsin, saying the election results in all four states must be ignored to save the Constitution or some such bullshit.

Paxton is currently also under investigation by the FBI for bribery.

                      • Maybe it's getting to the point where, if you think Trump will control the party going forward, it's in your political interest to concoct some horseshit theory about fraud and no matter how outrageous, Trump will appreciate that you made sure everyone knows he's no loser and that someone else is always to blame.

Maybe Paxton can get one of those pre-emptive pardons

Nope. Absolutely none of the other cases are built on video evidence.

And this video was only made available to the Trump team last week.

Previous cases have been thrown out because they were solely based on partisan testimony. The judges ruled that the affiants were "not credible", solely based on denials by the opposing party. I have read a couple of the judgements in which these cases were thrown out and that is more or less the reason why. Maybe some of the other cases were thrown out for other reasons. I don't know.

No affiants necessary in Georgia. Everything is independently verified, and even the "debunk" sources are admitting that votes are being counted for hours without partisan watchers in the room. They are lying though about whether the poll watchers were sent home. Those lies are very easily disproven in both the video evidence and news announcements at the time.

                          • I really don't get his, well, actually, I do ..... NYT. This morning's NYT brief included an article that showed why vaccines are not likely to do much good. The concept is arguably sound. It suggests that vaccines don't work as well when the virus is raging globally like it is now. They work better when it isn't, like mid-summer. The analogy is one that compares the vaccine to a fire hose. Small forest fire, sure, it will be contained, A massive blaze? Nope. The math goes something like this: A vaccine that is only 50% effective will reduce deaths at a 5% virus prevalence rate in a given population to around 60K. With a 15% or greater prevalence rate, deaths surge to 160K.

What bothers me about this headline item is that......why??? Why do you run shit like this? It is one more reason for people to say, fuck it, no vaccine for me. The other issue for me is that this runs completely counter to messaging from government officials and from vaccine makers that the vaccine will help to contain the spread of the virus. My math tells me that if you reduce the numbers of vulnerable hosts, you'll reduce spread. My analogy using the forest fire is that you reduce what will burn, the fire will go out, right?

So, fuck that study and the NYT.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

                            • Studies have shown that bad news gets more clicks and page views which translates to more revenue for the content provider. That's good business practice but bad for the health and welfare of human beings.

                              • Here is a hilarious example of a Georgia "debunk" video, literally admitting at the end that thousands of votes that went for Biden were counted without the Republicans in the room.
