    • The emoluments case brought by various D congressmpersons gets rightly bitch-slapped in the DC Circuit. Fundamentally, an assortment of congressmen cannot assert the interests of Congress as whole. Rather, that's for Congress to do. Axiomatic.

I believe it was not even majority of the House that attached their names to that. Not a big surprise.

I can imagine you stuck there - quite happily and easily.

                  • Looks like the BernieBots are going into Trumpanzee mode. Monkey see monkey do.

Some digital media experts say the level of hostility in pockets of Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders’ online following outweighs that within the social media circles of his Democratic rivals.

                    • So BOTH of the Vindman brothers have been fired. Alex and his twin brother. Reassigned really, back to the Pentagon, to who knows what positions. Official federal whistle-blower laws consider reassignment a form of retaliation but oh well!! The Pentagon will do what it can to protect them, I'm pretty confident, but knowing Trump he likely wants them made miserable and placed in some menial jobs they're way overqualified for.

Oh and because that wasn't enough, Trump has fired Gordon Sondland as well. Don't really care about that dipshit. You buy your way into the administration you more or less reap what you sow.

So who's left to retaliate against? Mainly State Dept career people who will be harder to demote or get rid of, but he's probably inquiring and pressuring Pompeo. George Kent, David Hale. David Holmes. Laura Cooper at the Pentagon.

Susan Collins might want to note at some point that Trump doesn't give a shit if he's making her position increasingly difficult. He figures he can afford to lose her as the Alabama seat will soon flip.

                        • Great, he has a zero percent chance of winning a general election. The crosstabs shows no crossover appeal.

One would think a $EC state will still back Biden in the D Primary ... at least for now.

                            • Hello! Biden is not going to get nominated!

Having said that, there is no telling what will happen at the D convention. I don't think the DNC wants Bernie to head the ticket, well, the DNC not influenced by the radical liberal left component of it. That's because I don't think he can beat trump and that is their NUMBER ONE objective ..... they would nominate anyone regardless of policy except an avowed socialist.

Now, of course, everyone was saying the same sort of shit about Trump ..... no way for the nomination and after that, no way he's going to get elected President. So much for that...... and therefore, I'm hiding behind that caveat in my bold prediction above.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

I think I can answer that:

                                1) There has not been a really good poll (look at the grades given the polls....the higher grade and more recent polls get more weight) in South Carolina since the Fox News poll.

                                2) It takes in results as well and results of other polls that are similar to the state that is being polled.
