He's a Ukrainian oligarch who has been stuck in Vienna for almost six years as he fights, and fights, and fights against extradition to the United States and face trial as associate of the Russian mob. He's a billionaire with an ample fortune to fight this indefinitely or until his appeals run out.

Joseph DiGenova and Victoria Toensing, the super-conservative legal team and political hatchetmen, are on his payroll. They are a fixture on Fox News spreading anti-Biden stories.

Jon Solomon, the Hill "Opinion writer" who has been writing anti-Biden stories for a long time now, was hiding for years that he has business connections to DiGenova & Toensing and it's obvious at this point that just about anything they told him he'd put in his columns. Solomon was essentially forced out at The Hill and they are doing a internal review of all his work.

Parnas and Fruman, Rudy's translators and "business associates", are also on his payroll. Parnas just got in trouble for not revealing a $1 Million payment another Firtash lawyer made to Parnas' wife. Parnas says, ah, that was merely a loan. Parnas and Fruman will almost certainly be convicted on a host of fraud, corruption, and money laundering charges.

It remains to be seen how much Giuliani knows about the business activities of his dear associates. But it's pretty clear all his info about the Bidens is coming filtered through Firtash and his circle. And nearly all of it is making it onto prime time FoxNews.

Most of the strategy around Trump and his Trumpboys on Ukraine never hold up to scrutiny. Its very similar to this ridiculous notion that Ukraine was responsible for the 2016 hacking and not Russia. Appeals Court strikes down the Individual Mandate as unconstitutional. However, they did not give conservatives the full victory they wanted. The Court punted on whether the entire ACA was unconstitutional. Instead, they sent it back down to the rogue Texas judge who started everything and told him to reconsider his reasoning.Which sort of suggests they find his current rationale...unpersuasive.

Dingell served in WWII as a 2nd lieutenant in the US Army. In 1955, he was first elected to Congress. He was never in danger of being sent to Viet Nam unless LBJ would have declared all-out war, and called up everyone in the Reserves. Dingell may have even been able to avoid that due to his age.
