World's greatest businessman and economist Mr. Donald Trump thinks closing the border will help the US 'turn a profit' because we currently have a trade deficit with Mexico. He has repeatedly demonstrated he hasn't the first clue how trade works, what trade deficits mean, or what it means to have a 'strong dollar'.
And in recent weeks Trump has become much, MUCH more vocal in criticism of the Fed and is appointing a total lackey to the board. Anyone who thinks it's a good idea to have the Fed heed and obey anytime Trump wants more money printed or rates cut is helping push this country down the road to banana republic status.
