Trump has a terrible public image. I can support some of his policies but he continues to dump all over himself and those policies whenever he opens his mouth/worse - tweets.

Not sure anything he has done (and is attributable to him) is going to amount to much positive and is more likely over the long term to be neutral or negative in impact.

Here's a survey from last summer rating the worst American presidents. The Shrub ranks right up there with some of the worst ........the bull-shit policy he and his brain trust of Neocons initiated in the ME has had far reaching implications, none of them good.

I'd compare Trump with GW Bush in terms of his apparent lack of feel for the presidency and international politics so, in the end, I suspect Trump, in a decade or so, will come up somewhere around Millard Fillmore who in this list comes in 8th worst.

Didn't realize the one on High had closed. Short North is a tough market. Tons of competition and high rent.
