she obliterated her quotas and now comes in with a bonus of 147K this year after taxes 110 k
she's never had this much of a bonus--50k last year I thinks

question is 2fold--do you put 100K down on a 500k condo that is all of 800 feet giving up your rental which she pays 2K a month and likes a lot. no real increase in rent anytime soon then
dump the money into some investment fund--ie stifle Nichols

if she had 200K I'd tell her get land --I just don't want to see her dump it all with no safety net in a property then have a bad year or two and get doinked not keeping up with her mortgage
