The Pittsburgh mayor asked that he not come while the funerals are still going on but Trump insisted. I think I read somewhere that the increase of efficiency has had a lot to do with it and it creates issues for updating power plants due to the fact they can't forecast increased demand as a reason to get a new power plant. Something along those lines.

So they never intended the birth of child to foreign citizens to qualify as citizenship?

In fact they go onto debate that travelers to the US are provide protections of our laws, but not benefits of full citizenship.
