Not sure your figures -- what are they? Either way, that's a pretty shit rate of reduction. Obviously the rate of change should be far greater in places like India and China, but this is another area where progress in the US lags that of many other places.

Just one poll, but the new NBC poll shows Scott Walker of Wisconsin trailing by double digits in his reelection bid. Republicans across the board have been struggling in Wisconsin during the special elections held there. Demos have significant leads in the races for Michigan and Minnesota's governorship, as well as Debbie Stabenow's reelection.
Trump's approval rating in those three states:
Michigan 36%
Wisconsin 36%
Minnesota 38%

said for a while a willingness to get dirt on an opponet from a foreign source is different than getting said dirt. I mean meeting with Russians because they said they had dirt on Hillary, but not getting it is different than paying a Brittish spy for dirt directly from the Russians.

its gonna take time. There will be backslides. Their will be squabbles. But there is at least a communication happening and that is always better than the previous status.
