Please support the Forum by using the Amazon Link this Holiday Season
Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.
Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.
If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!
Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.
Stay safe and well and thank you for your participation in the Forum and for your support!! --Deborah

My niece and nephew, 13 and 17, just returned from a missions trip to Haiti. My dad asked them to summarize their trip with one takeaway. My sweet 13-year old niece: "I didn't hear a single Haitian complain. Americans have much and complain all the time."Shut the fuck up Donny!

Barrett was the best for the job for the simple fact she and Trump didn't hit it off in the interview. That tells me she didn't put up with his shit. Kavanaugh probably kissed the ring and the ass. All you need to know about that guy is he was part of the Ken Starr circus. That alone tells you he will be a reliable partisan for the GOP.

NASCAR's tv ratings are down 19% from last year. Do they have a kneeling problem too or something?
(Fun Fact: TV ratings are in decline for nearly all sports and NASCAR's decline is nearly double that of the NFL)

Kavanaugh will be better than Kennedy, but not as solid as Scalia. Still a win, although he was in the bottom of my 50%. The court's center is now Roberts.
Hopefully Trump will pick Barrett for his next SCOTUS nomination :D

Everyone is out. I haven't been this encouraged by humanity since Ezekiel Elliot tore off an 85-yard TD run to put Alabama away.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

Kavanaugh is another topshelf pick. I'd prefer Barrett simply because she's non-Ivy and Feinstein hates her. Kavanaugh is pretty generic. Of course, by the time the #GentryProgs get done with him he'll be evil incarnate with the their fill in the blank attacks.
But, I'd actually consider voting for PDJT simply for his court picks alone provided the Ds nominate the wildly left person I'm fairly sure they'll nominate.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

I found this interesting ....... BBC reports in the article linked above that the boys were given "anti-anxiety" drugs before starting the egress. Added comment: SEAL Team members say they take this medication all the time to stay focused on tough missions. Alprazolam (Xanax) and Clonazapam (Klonopin) come to mind. These are both short acting anxiolytics and at a low dose (like half a 0.25mg tablet or 0.125mg) they are not going to be too sedative. But focused? Don't know about that.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off.
