Yes, it is owned by the late Jim Moran, died of cancer in 2007. He owns the largest Lexus dealership in the world in Coconut Creek, Fl. It's docked at his house at the Hillboro Inlet (Boca Raton). Its a Feadship build, one of best builders in the world, period. It costs a fortune and used to belong to Larry Ellison, founder of Oracle worth 56 billion.

                  Jim Moran
Jim Moran built an automobile empire that ranks as the 30th largest privately held company by Forbes magazine. His JM Family Enterprises has annual revenues of more than USD 9 billion. In 1939 he purchased a gas station for USD 360 that soon became the largest volume Sinclair outlet in Chicago. After serving in World War II, Jim Moran returned to Chicago and sold his first car for USD 275. Within two years Jim purchased his first used car lot and within 30 days of becoming a Ford dealer in 1955, he turned it into the world’s largest Ford dealership. His sales topped several million dollars by the time he turned 30 and with a knack for showmanship, his commercials made him a celebrity throughout the Chicago area where he was known as TV’s “Jim Moran the Courtesy Man.” In 1970, Jim was awarded the franchise for the Pontiac dealership in Hollywood, which became JM Pontiac and for the next 20 years was the largest Pontiac dealership in the world. JM Family's Southeast Toyota is the world's largest independent distributor of Toyotas. In 2006 Jim Moran’s dealerships had sold 6 million Toyotas. JM Lexus – established in 1989 - is the number one Lexus dealership in the world generating the highest sales volume among more than 190 dealerships. Mr Moran passed away in 2007. At the time of his death his net worth was more than USD 2 billion. In 2008 Mr. Moran was posthumously honored with The Superyacht Legacy Award recognizing his many contributions to yacht design, ocean conservation, enthusiasm for boating, and his lifetime of philanthropy. Jim Moran was a very active philanthropist, through his Jim Moran Foundation. The foundation is still active, donating USD 9 million in 2012.
                  Gallant Lady
Jim and Jan Moran have owned more than 200 vessels, of which several superyachts all named Gallant Lady. Jim Moran was actually Feadship’s best client, ordering 8 motor yachts all built at Royal de Vries Yacht builders. Jim Moran also ordered a 49 meter motor yacht at US Delta Marine, the yacht is now named New Vida. Jim Moran’s latest superyacht was a 51m (168ft) Feadship delivered in 2007, just before he passed away. The yacht Gallant Lady is still owned by the Moran family, although she is currently for sale. The yacht is often in Fort Lauderdale, or docked behind the Moran family residence in Hillsboro Beach, Florida.

                    • Nice boat, but OP will freely admit, in the world of super yachts, that's nothing.

At 537', Russian Billionaire, Roman Abromovich rules the roost when he sails aboard "Eclipse." According to yacht watchers that I know, these guys compete with each other for biggest and best as a mark of their status in a vulgar display of wealth and power. The three next biggest yachts are owned by Arabs in the oil business or running Kingdoms over there. I've seen Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz's at 508 feet docked in Marseilles, FR during a cruise stop aboard Oceania Riviera. At 708 feet, this 1250 passenger and 800 crew vessel isn't much bigger than Aziz's Al Salama. I've never seen Eclipse (the name is obvious) but I've seen Gates'. It's big but he's a small fry compared to these guy's:

...... or this guys: Prince Sultan bin Abdul Aziz

                        • Epitomizes the "wealth gap" so prevalent around the world.

The bull shit excess of the kingdoms in the middle east has a lot to do with the turmoil there, the atrocities of ISIS and the never ending violence and destruction that ordinary people just want to escape and find a safe haven to raise their kids somewhere else.

Contrast that with the mindless racism of the Western Europeans and the USA, the fear of immigrants in general and you've got a terrible mess. I'm not optimistic.

                          • Dubai Unveils Plans For World’s Largest Human Rights Violation

When it is completed around 2025, the massive human rights abuse is expected to dwarf all others in Dubai and around the world.

DUBAI—Calling it the most ambitious project of its kind ever undertaken, officials from Dubai’s Department of Economic Development announced Tuesday the emirate’s plans to construct the world’s largest human rights violation.
Set to begin later this month, the project, dubbed Saqr Ganzeer, or “Chained Falcon,” will reportedly take as long as 10 years to complete and make use of more than 250,000 foreign workers from the Indian subcontinent and other parts of Asia. It is expected to easily surpass all previous record holders, towering over every other abuse of rights in the wealthy Middle Eastern city.
“With this bold new endeavor, we will create the biggest deprivation of basic human dignity the world has ever seen,” said DED deputy director Jamal Al Falasi, who according to reports was selected to oversee the project after successfully managing several of Dubai’s smaller violations of individuals’ freedoms. “None of the others will even come close. Once completed, it will be recognized everywhere as a symbol of Dubai and everything our city stands for.”
Emirati sources expressed confidence that before it is even finished, Saqr Ganzeer will generate a “huge splash” in the international community, easily overshadowing human rights offenses in countries like Sudan, North Korea, Syria, China, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, which they said will look miniscule in comparison.
International observers agreed that as soon as the project is underway, Dubai’s claim to the title of world’s greatest human rights infringement will likely be measured and officially certified by several independent organizations.
Bangladeshi laborer Tajuddin Rahman, one of tens of thousands who was lured to the emirate for the monumental exploitation of fundamental liberties, told reporters that while he knows it won’t be easy toiling for countless hours on the project, he hopes his family back home will be proud of his sacrifice.
“It really is humbling to be part of an undertaking this historic in scope,” said Rahman, who explained he’s eager to begin working on the project, as he needs to start funneling all his wages to his labor contractor for the next several years to pay back the cost of funding his travel to the UAE. “It will take many years to complete, so I realize I might not be around long enough to see it finished.”
“I only hope that when this is done, people will take notice,” he added.
