Jan. 6 was a terrible stain that the Right has to wear forever. But by comparison, the Leftist riots of the summer of 2020 were basically a Jan 6 level event on a daily basis for 3 months. By the numbers they were the most destructive riots in U.S. history and killed somewhere between 8-12 innocent people.

So invoke Jan 6 all you want. Normal people understand that the “summer of love” riots were infinitely worse and the sole work of the progressive left.

The current screed among these people is that we should keep South American gang/cartel members and Hamas supporters in the country. Normal people want them the fuck out. The Left wants 15 year old dudes in your daughter’s locker room. Normal people want them the fuck out. The Left advocates civil unrest and violence in the streets. Normal people do not want that.

But by all means, please keep doing what you’re doing. Seems to be working great for you.

If the economy tanks, the Dems will do well in the midterms. That's all there really is to it. Not enough people are going to prioritize NCAA Women's Swimming and The Border over the economy if it's in the shitter. And the Dems already have an edge with the type of voter who ALWAYS shows up to midterms.

And like Talent said a week ago, Trump is taking full ownership of the economy now by announcing new tariffs left and right. 16 months from now blaming Biden won't work with normie voters anymore.

Also plenty of people want the gang members out of the country but we object to doing it with no due process. Even plenty of conservatives have principled issues with just rounding people up and sending them to a prison in El Salvador hours later. The White House refuses to even release the names of the people deported or what evidence there was that they were in a gang.

On top of that it's possible there were some fuckups. See below. I'm not saying this guy is definitely innocent but it seems possible when the Fed govt refuses to share any info about it and depicts anyone who even asks questions as being deranged.
