Unclear what Trump can do to stop this if he really even wants to. The ban passed Congress with overwhelming support so a repeal ain't likely to happen. He could simply declare that the company was in compliance with the law, whether it truly is or not, and order DOJ to not enforce it against them, which would probably spark lawsuits.
