Sadly, no pun in ten did.

Next they need to get the Jan 6 people put of prison...except the ones that caused property damage. Horrible what many of them have been put through in order to create a toxic narrative about Trump. Disgusting.

No. They're filing for dismissal because he can't be prosecuted while serving as President. They asked for dismissal "without prejudice" which in theory leaves open the door to re-filing charges one day. But that'll never happen because he will pardon himself and everyone involved most likely.

The evidence against him the classified docs case was particularly strong. His own attorney would've testified against him. Ah well.
