That's better news, but the trend up over the decade preceding the study still makes me worry.

Now that I think of it,…As far as providing you proof, no. Not even sure the statute of limitations is over for any alleged knowledge of such things. If you think I’m lying, I’m good with it. In fact, let me say unequivocally that I have no knowledge of illegal alien contract workers in any medical center I have ever worked in. Ever.
I'm not saying that you/re lying about your experiences. I just think that this type of cheating is not possible on the scale that some people are claiming, and I'd like to see data that backs up that argument.

            • Marco Rubio is a good man. He should do a fine job as Sec of State.

He would have been my choice for VP.

That's for sure ....... fuck that wing of the isolationist R's. The world is at a turning point with nations deciding if they are for a new world order with China, Russia/NK and Iran are calling the shots or the continuation of the old one where American hegemony prevails. I don't know about anyone else here but with regard to that choice I'm pretty happy with the US having global leverage however they can get it and maintain it. There are credible arguments for the replacement of the global order that's prevailed since 1945. I don't agree with any of them even though authoritarianism can be a way more efficient way of governance than messy democracy..... that is if you think Xi, Putin/Kim, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei are good guys and serve the interests of those they govern.

I dislike Trump's style and often his behavior that stems from that but he's a good choice as the leader of the free world. Way better than Harris would have been (IMO). There's something to the value of his unpredictability and the view that other world leaders think he's crazy and causes them pause when deciding how they might proceed, e.g., Xi and Taiwan. People he is choosing to advise and implement his FP looks more like he wants to engage America and be involved in global outcomes than it looks like he seeks isolation. I'm also liking his picks for those that will be involved with securing our borders. Noem for DHS? Well, she sure as shit is a shut down illegal immigration/border crossings advocate. I like it despite her often big mouth that gets in the way.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.
