I think Trump's 'border czar' will go after criminals first. I doubt that they're going to send 747's full of illegals back on a daily basis.

I reiterate, I have no problem with people who want to come here ... legally ... and live among us, obey the laws, pay taxes and live in peace. My surname family immigrated here from England, and came thru Virginia, and settled in western Virginia. They were farmers, and they also worked in the coal mines in eastern Kentucky.

They came here legally.

Illegals that have jobs and are paying taxes are a lot easier to find than the hardened criminals, so if the pressure's on for ICE to deport a set number of people every month, then yeah, I wouldn't feel too confident that people like that guy are safe.

There are things that the executive branch can do like address border security and make appointments but as far as sweeping legislation, that ain't happening. Illegal immigration is the only form of law breaking where we are apparently expected to ignore it if the criminal has a job and/or a family. I’ve got a job and I’m the sole provider for my family too. It doesn’t mean that I could use that as a defense if I broke the law.

The new narrative is that we’ll have no food without illegal immigrants. As if we were all starving to death before the Hart-Cellar Act.

I definitely would like to see a crackdown on "Sanctuary City" bullshit. There has to be federal funding of some sort that can be withheld for noncompliance with federal immigration law. When a city or state knowingly releases from custody a person that is wanted by ICE, there should be hell to pay.

Around half of all farmworkers, slaughterhouse workers, and food processing plants are illegals.

He promised this numerous times during the 2016 campaign and even during his Presidency. I believe of batch of new stuff was eventually released but had nothing exciting in it.
