Oh yeah. Probably from a small/rural town, too. Those ones are the WORST.
For sure. Small town rural American culture is the worst. They're exactly the kind of people who would say Western culture is better than Islamic culture. They're so bigoted and not multicultural which is why our elite urban culture is so superior to them.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]? Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
Lefties always concerned about what other people are doing with their money. Why on earth would something like this bother anyone?
This is no different than some Lefty buying then burning 100 copies of Art of the Deal in some “I just owned MAGA” video. Performative bullshit for their fellow idiots to have a good wank over.
trumps poll numbers before 2016 showed him down 5-10 in the battleground states--he won 6/7
they showed him down in 2020 to biden 4-8 percent he lost by 50000 votes combined
they show him virtually tied this year --He always underpolls. if trends continue like 2016/2020 with his polling he wins in a rout in the battle ground states
especially if he would just STFU
Can't assume the error will be the same as either 2016 or 2020. The Republicans were the ones who unperformed the polls in 2022 but yeah, presidential years are different. Also some state polling was worse than others. Wisconsin has been notoriously difficult to poll and is frequently way off. But the ones in Georgia and Arizona in 2020 turned out to be pretty accurate.
The two big uncertainties here are enthusiasm for Trump and women voters. Only an anecdotal sense of this but it doesn't seem like enthusiasm for Trump is quite as high as the last two times. Suburban women shifted leftwards post-Dobbs in the 2022 midterms. Are they still there or have some moved back towards Trump?
The Dems have the advantage that their voters are more likely to have college educations and are more likely to be regular, reliable voters. They can be outnumbered but if Trump has an enthusiasm problem....telling your voters on a daily basis that voting is pointless because all elections are rigged probably doesn't help you fools either.
Taking out the Iranian nuclear program has always been on the US/Israel "to do" list. The politics of the situation will never be better than it is now.
There is a lot of chatter that Netanyahu is goading the Iranians into a war. he may figure that now is the time.
