And I stand by what I said earlier, even though it was mainly sarcasm. Anyone who'd buy their unstable child an AR-15 for their birthday, AFTER the kid had even been interviewed by the FBI for making death threats, probably ain't a prog or lib. If I turn out to be wrong and daddy is a Bernie Sanders lover, I'll admit I was wrong.

I literally work in a industry that's 95% Republican but sure, ya dumb hick, I live in a bubble and never talk to people who think differently than me.
I don't need to venture out to Hays, Kansas and talk to some Dairy Queen employees that're still working on their GEDs to find "Real America". It's everywhere around me. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it, ya cross-eyed drooling halfwit.

They're not screaming at the government, demanding an automatic government provided monthly income, like many are today. I'll include the Hays, Kansas people under the umbrella of real americans before I'll include AOC's bunch. Her supporters have taken leave of any sense they were born with, due to politics. The people of Hays, KS will still offer to help you out when your car won't start in their town. AOC's bunch will smack you on the head, take any money you have, steal your car and strip it clean, and leave you for dead. Then, they'll blame Donald Trump.
Tons of good people live in big cities. I can't cure your hatred. Something you have to deal with on your own, man. And the idea that rural folks don't rely on the govt for help? boy, is that a total lie.

People who live in big cities also work in the hospitality industry, the fast food industry, and the service industry. And they're also disrespected by you and your high-falutin' friends.
I can honestly say that I don't hate anyone, regardless of where they live. You need not be concerned about curing something that does not exist.
And LOL at your comparison of farmers who receive government subsities and people who demand an automatic income from the government. We actually get something from farmers who receive subsities. We get more illegals when the government hands out money like halloween candy.
What I take exception to is when leftists claim that they are the only people in the world who have correct thinking. Its more prevalent in large cities, but we have wackos here too. Here, they are more easily ignored. In the big cities, they are given world wide media coverage and considered heroes."in order to lead America you must love America"

And no, you should have it the other way around. You and liney consider yourselves superior to people who live in big cities. It's run-of-the-mill Midwestern inferiority complex. Just an endless grievance and pity party with you boys. Feelings of inadequacy that'll never go away. So you lash out at the people you resent. People who shop at Whole Foods instead of Dollar Tree. People who eat at Giordano's instead of Hunt Brothers pizza in a gas station parking lot.

I not once put down hospitality workers. I mocked your susggestion, and you imply it all the time, that fast food employees in urban areas aren't Real Americans but fast food workers in Nowhere, KS DO count as Real Americans. I wonder what the difference could be?
Also tons of rural people are on food stamps or welfare, champ. Not everyone in rural America is a farmer. In fact the majority aren't.

Rural households participate in the food stamp program AT A HIGHER RATE than urban households.
Rural areas see highest SNAP participation | National Association of Counties (naco.org)
Except for #1 (Lucas County aka Toledo) the counties with the highest unemployment rates in Ohio are all in Appalachia and are intensely rural. It should be no surprise that the rate of govt handouts in those places exceeds the big cities. Monroe County is a place I know very well and worked there for years (it's in the heart of Ohio's shale country). Employment opportunities are virtually non-existent beyond working for a hospital or getting a local govt job.
Incidentally those counties where the oil/gas boom hit are almost all poor, depressed places and have all continued to bleed population since the start of the boom. People cashed their oil & gas checks and skipped town. Columbus is vastly more appealing to normal people with money than living somewhere where you have to drive 30 minutes to the nearest adequate grocery store (Dollar General doesn't count).
