Tudor Dixon was never going to get an abortion law passed in Michigan that would have totally outlawed all abortions in all cases. She wouldn't have had both houses of the legislature, and there are still plenty of Milliken/Romney republicans holding office in Michigan who'd never give her the votes she needed to make it happen anyway. They would have sided with Democrats to shoot down any such bill.

Dixon was stating her personal belief, which she is still allowed to have. For now. Plans for re-education camps are still on the DNC drawing board.

So instead, Gretch continues in office, being the most self serving governor the state has ever had. And that's saying something considering Gennifer Grandholm is in our "governor" history. Thank God for term limits.

Yeah, there are no Romney/Milliken Republicans left in Michigan. Most people in Michigan don't even know what that means . The rising star of the GOP was Lee Chatwell until he came into multiple sexual and financial scandals. Kristina Karamo was heading the GOP here. Pete Lucido is a force in the Michigan GOP. It's not gerrymandered but you keep fucking up this point. It was gerrymandered until that initiative passed.

Now it is an independent commissioned. No serious person would take a look at the districts before and after pictures and decide the after was the gerrymandered districts. But you had a good 40 year run with nearly complete control of the state legislature.
