DJT has recently "birthered" Nikki Haley. Since, you know, she was merely born in the US but her parents weren't, she's ineligible for the Presidency.
But, you know, what's not disqualifying is being indicted on like 264 separate charges in multiple different jurisdictions (admittedly, a lot of them are garbage, but indictments nonethless).
And, yet, here we are with DJT certain to be the nominee and with a real chance to beat The Chairman in what will surely be, as I've been saying for awhile, the worst single electoral choice in the history of the free world.
The esteemable Jim Geraghty had a nice column this week where he pointed out that if The Chairman REALLY considered DJT an existential threat to democracy or whatever, then The Chairman would withdraw and let the Ds nominate any number of viable alternatives that would curbstomp DJT.
