That may be your view of the "plea deal". What was actually the case was that the Judge asked very normal questions relating to the hidden part of the plea deal which gave Hunter immunity from FUTURE prosecutions. The Judge asked the DOJ attorney if he had ever seen such a thing and the attorney said no.

Hunter's attorney walked away from the deal because it did not give Hunter immunity, and that was what Garland and the DOJ wanted to accomplish. Hunter is not only a scumbag criminal, but he is the linchpin to the Biden Crime Family headed by his father.

The real question for M folks (and any of these the schools including OSU) is whether it's against their policies as bullying and harrassment. That's what got the Ivy folks stuck. The Harvard president kept saying how she's personally appalled and how it doesn't represent Harvard but couldn't get to the rubber/road answer. And the reason is they don't want to punish kids for "river to sea" stuff. Because they sort of agree with them. We know what they do to people they disagree with.
