  • What surprises me about that indictment is they go into detail on where he got the money he didn't pay taxes on. Multimillions from China Urkraine and Rumania stand out

Lots of smoke for the impeachment vote coming next week. Have to think few Dems might cross over after an indictment that specific on how much the presidents son was getting from China.

Bye bye Joe. Let the Gavin and Gretchan parade begin

That may be your view of the "plea deal". What was actually the case was that the Judge asked very normal questions relating to the hidden part of the plea deal which gave Hunter immunity from FUTURE prosecutions. The Judge asked the DOJ attorney if he had ever seen such a thing and the attorney said no.

Hunter's attorney walked away from the deal because it did not give Hunter immunity, and that was what Garland and the DOJ wanted to accomplish. Hunter is not only a scumbag criminal, but he is the linchpin to the Biden Crime Family headed by his father.

DSL, what service or product was Hunter providing to warrant the $ 30 million or so he was "paid" by overseas sources?

                • Yeah, the Judge in that case acted incredibly nobly in preventing The Chairman's DOJ from basically giving Hunter a total walk.

Now the same prosecutor has dropped the hammer. I mean, the facts alleged and shit he was going -- it's really, really harsh.

                  • As for the Penn President, her performance in front of Congress was shockingly bad -- but entirely predictable -- these people can't bring themselves to say a bad word about the "oppressed."

I'd like to paraphrase Ghostbusters on this one -- "When someone asks you if advocating genocide is against your policy.....you say YES!!!!"

The Harvard president was barely any better.

                    • These Ivy decision-makers, btw, are the same people who fuck over a student for refer to the location of a party as "trap house", subject people who wear improper costumes on Halloween to DEI re-education, do their best to silence anyone who thinks Lia Thomas shouldn't crush girls in swimming races and host of other zero tolernane shit for absolute harmless nonsense shit.

HOWEVER, if you advocate genocide, well -- that "would depend on the context."

                      I mean. JFC.

                      • It really pulls back the curtain, doesn’t it? Hell, even Rich Eisen devoted a segment on his sports show yesterday to blast the Penn, Harvard, and MIT presidents.

                            • Well, as Rep. Stefanik said to the UPenn President in giving her a third chane to answer it correctly -- "I'm going to give you one more chance on this. This is the easiest question in the world to answer Yes to." (paraphrasing)

The real question for M folks (and any of these the schools including OSU) is whether it's against their policies as bullying and harrassment. That's what got the Ivy folks stuck. The Harvard president kept saying how she's personally appalled and how it doesn't represent Harvard but couldn't get to the rubber/road answer. And the reason is they don't want to punish kids for "river to sea" stuff. Because they sort of agree with them. We know what they do to people they disagree with. In Harvard's case, e.g., they pull acceptance offers over tweets made when they were 14 or something.

                              • Yes, I encourage all students to try calling for the genocide of all trans people to see how consistently the Ivy standard of “it depends on the context’” is applied.
