From what I read his only defense was to claim he was being overcharged. He wasn't trying to harm an elected official, just a "corrupt elite". His lawyer openly admitted DePape did it but some of the charges were inappropriate. Jury didn't buy it.Originally posted by Hannibal View PostComment
