A Michigan farmer that was tossed out of the East Lansing Farmers Market because he was opposed to homosexual marriage has won his lawsuit against the City of East Lansing because they violated his religious freedom. Steve Tennes sells his products to everyone, but was kicked out of the EL Farmers Market because he posted on his personal website that he was opposed to gay marriage. He and his wife also own a wedding chapel on their farm that does not allow gay marriage due to their religious beliefs.

He needed to get a US District Judge to make the ruling, because no judge in one-party Michigan would ever have the courage to make such a ruling. Gretchen Whitmer and Dana Nessel have made sure of that.

Mr Tennes says he wants to work with the City of East Lansing and move forward and end the lawsuit. It is unknown if East Lansing will appeal.

Look closely at the upper left portion of this frame that is part of a video released by Russian State Media of the Prigozhen crash. Its at the very beginning of the video and is hard to catch. You can also see a corkscrew pattern of probably fuel leaking from the damaged aircraft as it plunges from altitude to earth
