Either OSU or Michigan went to the Rose Bowl every season from 1968 to 1980. You are possibly thinking of 1971 when Northwestern finished second in a year where Woody had one of his worst/youngest alltime teams. I think this is the judge that regularly rules against Florida and DeSantis' agenda. Could easily get reversed on appeal, but he doesn't always. The Appeals court sided with him on the social media bill.

A federal judge in Florida Tuesday blocked the state from enforcing a law and rules that prohibit transgender minors from receiving—and doctors from providing—puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.
“Gender identity is real,” Judge Robert L. Hinkle said. And Florida’s adoption of provisions that prohibit medically necessary treatments likely is unconstitutional, he said.
The suit is one of several challenging restrictions on gender-affirming care that have been adopted by about 18 states. Hinkle’s US District Court for the Northern District of Florida joined federal courts in Alabama and Arkansas in halting a law that plaintiffs say prevents access to standard treatments for gender dysphoria.

I don't see how, in the case of minors, if there has been therapy and everyone signs off on it how it can be blocked. Definitely is unconsitutional with adults.
