Two things on the Michigan politics discussion:

1. George Pickett had more success at Gettysburg than the Michigan GOP did last fall, so what did they do? They said, "Lead us Kristina Karamo!" Complain about Gretchen Whitmer all you want, but they ran Deperno, Karamo and Dixon for the statewide elections.

2. It's rich that people can complain about one issue voters on abortion when a sizable portion of the GOP has been voting that side to overturn Roe since at least 1980. So we should have at least another 10-20 years to vote on it since the court destroyed the framework of Roe. The anti-abortion vote was a turnout machine during Roe.
