If DeSantis wins the nomination, it will (polling-wise) be the biggest upset in the polling era. People look back at Obama vs Hillary as a pretty big upset, and maybe it was, but Hillary was never polling consistently int he 50s and 60s like Trump is now. He's 30-40 points up on DeSantis nationally. (37 points in the RCP average).
The good news on DeSantis is that the effect of big money and fund raising actually works in favor of the Good Guys in this occasion. DeSantis has shitloads of money. I don't know if that will be enough though.
