I haven't watched a single minute of the RNC, and I have no plans to watch the DNC either.

There's nothing being said at either convention that I want to hear. And, none of it is likely intended for me anyway. I've concluded that my vote doesn't mean squat a long time ago.

Depends on how its sold, but I'm not real hopeful that its going to come across well. Political theater isn't renowned for its nuance.

These conventions are shaping up to be watershed moments in Talent's beloved Identity Politics. Its just....not going well.

Well, I'm still voting for the PAH. I stand firmly w/ the #nevertrump folks, and merely not voting isn't an option for me.

But my statewide ballot is no longer party line. It's very fluid. I'll probably vote for Portman over Strickland in the Senate race, e.g. Yeah, that would have been unthinkable for me 10-12 years ago.

Strickland v Portman has a tiny bit of the Trump v Clinton element. Portman is extremely vulnerable and THAT is the best the Dems can come up with?
