New details in this NY Post story. Nashville city councilman promises the manifesto will be released publicly and fairly soon it sounds like.
He also claims that Hale originally looked at attacking two PUBLIC schools but decided they had too much security. The school she attacked was ultimately a softer target. Is that true? Guess we'll eventually find out.

In another fine instance of inclusion and tolerance on America's campuses, a Wayne State professor declared it would be "more admirable to kill a racist, homophobic, or transphobic speaker" than to "shout them down."
The good professor was suspended, with pay of course, pending an investigation. I have no doubt that Wayne State will wait until this all blows over, and reinstate the good professor.

I would bet that Florida and Disney resolve their differences in state court. Jurisdictionally speaking, it almost has to be state court UNLESS Florida consents to Federal court.
Somewhat relatedly -- in that it's government "bullying" private business they don't like, we municipalities and states friviously sueing oil companies in state backwaters for creating a public nuisance via global warming. And, of course, the NY AG went after the NRA for shit they wouldn't dare dream of bringing in most cases. The Left's willingness to use state courts to try to imposed their authoritarian policies is well-established. The rules of the game are set. I'd expect DeSantis to try to play by them.
