He's the Republican former Governor that lost to the current Governor (Roy Cooper), and just got obliterated trying to become the next Senator. I believe he signed the very first "bathroom bill" that led to the NBA moving the All-Star game from Charlotte. He lost his relection in 2016 by about 10,000 votes.

McCormick is running a lot stronger around Pittsburgh and rural PA than I thought he would and what's key is he's finishing top 2 in nearly every county. Oz or Barnette are in 3rd place nearly everywhere.
