What's interesting about this allegation is that the 64th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 35th Combined Arms Army, seems to be the only sizable unit, having suffered significant degradation in combat effectiveness due to loss of personnel and equipment, is being redirected into the battle of Donbas and Luhansk. The rest are being withdrawn, almost entirely, from the Kiev and Kharkiv axis of attacks back to Belarus or Russia. Just makes the allegation more believable.

The evidence of the execution style killings of now up to 500 Ukrainians is solid despite Russia's disgraceful attempts to blame others and change the narrative. FAIL.
