Entrata (a software company) Founder and former CEO Dave Batemen sends out an email accusing "The Jews" of using the covid vaccine to depopulate the earth. The company is understandably distancing itself from him and he's being roundly bashed by the other Tech magnates in Utah's Mini Silicon Valley. This guy is also a major donor to the Utah GOP but might be just about done being tolerated now.

Hannity ain't likely to ever talk to them but based on the texts the committee released, Trump would've done a lot better to listen to Hannity instead of the halfwit lunatics he sided with instead.
Seriously. Hannity's advice on Dec. 31st was for Trump to go away with some dignity, lay low in Florida for a while enjoying himself, watch Joe fuck things up daily, and be poised for a major political rebound. Seems like fucking phenomenal advice compared with what Trump actually did!

Kazakhstan declares a state of emergency as protestors seem on the verge of toppling the govt. I've seen reports that there's now a complete internet blackout. Elites have been fleeing the country in private jets.
I'd be nervous about this triggering Putin's paranoia and causing him to invade Ukraine if he decides to blame the West for overthrowing a Russia-friendly govt.

The guards who "fell asleep" on guard of Jeffrey Epstein will not be charged.
Ghislaine Maxwell's black book will be sealed and we will never find out who all of the young girls were trafficked to. Not a single elected official or major network is calling for an investigation into this.
And people wonder how conspiracy theorists are born.
A few dozen or maybe even a couple hundred powerful sexual predators are breathing a huge sigh of relief today.
Anyhow, let's get back to real important topics like white supremacy.

Media's got you covered, Hanni.
https://www.nationalreview.com/corne...6-observances/
February 6, 2022: 13 months to the day since January 6. Team coverage. New footage.
March 6, 2022: Jake Tapper hosts a three-hour special: 14 Months Since January 6. New footage.
April 6, 2022: The Real Story of January 6, a nine-hour documentary about a six-hour event, debuts on MSNBC. New footage.
May 6, 2022: The New York Times republishes its “Every Day Is January 6” column, because it really is. Even when it’s May 6.
June 6, 2022: America, prepare to mourn. A dark milestone has been reached. It has been 18 months since January 6. Flood-the-zone CNN coverage. New footage.
July 6, 2022: Oops. Wolf Blitzer: “CNN has learned that June 6, 2022, was actually only the 17-month point. Now back to our round-the-clock coverage.” Plus new footage that’s different from last month’s new footage. This footage is only of a cleaning lady putting things to rights the next morning, but still.
August 6, 2022: Special bulletin to interrupt summer vacation: “It has now been a full 19 months since January 6. Anderson Cooper is here with the story. Anderson, I understand you have new footage of a different cleaning lady?”
September 6, 2022: Rachel Maddow triumphantly takes up all of MSNBC prime time with a three-hour special explaining a convoluted theory that Vladimir Putin secretly colluded with Donald Trump on January 6. She cites unidentified sources, and they are definitely not Democrats.
October 6, 2022: CNN and MSNBC go over January 6 one more time as they both get defeated in the ratings by a rerun of a 1976 episode of Match Game on an obscure cable network called “Buzzr.”Last edited by Mike; January 5, 2022, 09:58 AM.

And to add this shocking news to Mike's list:
Omicron produces only mild illness.
......... but watch out, deaths(virtually stable during the Omicron "surge" if not regionally declining) lag new case numbers. Also, some regional hospitalizations are double what the were a month ago (probably from 30 to 60) but guess what so are discharges of those admissions who turned out to not need hospitalization after all but ED docs admitted them out of the usual "abundance of caution"..... and don't forget the children, their hospitalizations are up nation wide by, hold your breath, about 3%. Out of millions of kids in the US I think I saw something like 600 or so had been hospitalized. Such bullshit never ceases.

Now we're getting somewhere. This from the NYTs this am:
Consider this: Before Omicron, a typical vaccinated 75-year-old who contracted Covid had a roughly similar risk of death — around 1 in 200 — as a typical 75-year-old who contracted the flu. (Here are the details behind that calculation, which is based on an academic study.) Omicron has changed the calculation. Because it is milder than earlier versions of the virus, Covid now appears to present less threat to most vaccinated elderly people than the annual flu does. The flu, of course, does present risk for the elderly. And the sheer size of the Omicron surge may argue for caution over the next few weeks. But the combination of vaccines and Omicron’s apparent mildness means that, for an individual, Covid increasingly resembles the kind of health risk that people accept every day.
