  • The facts for the prosecution are considerably better in that trial. Those are charges that should have been brought and should be presented to the jury. And, I suspect they get convicted, though I don't know exactly what they're charged with in addition to, presumably, murder. The Rittenhouse case is a total fucking sham. The case essentially rests on this -- he brought a gun to a dangerous area and should have known he'd get attacked. If, e.g., he had actually lived there and he was defending property this wouldn't be the same case. Well, then again, Nicholas Sandman was doing fuck all and he still get assraped by The Media. So, who knows.

But, fundamentally, the thing the things that really bother the Media and The Narrative is (a) the kid stood up to the rioters and looters -- who, in this case, were obviously hereoes; and (b) he went to Kenosha.

The real problem with (b) is that it certainly suggests that if you go to any bad part of town or any area where you might incur trouble, well, self-defense isn't an option.

    • Those three guys are royally fucked. The judge did not allow Arbury's history to be introduced in this case. But he has a history (in multiple police reports) of being caught stealing and lying about jogging. That's on top of getting arrested for trying to "jog" out of Wal Mart with a TV and a body cam video of him reacting with hostility to police and almost having to be tased.

That he was in that neighborhood to steal more shit and not to go jogging as absolutely, positively not even remotely debateable by anyone who has all of the facts about the case. Three men are about to get lynched in Georgia, thanks in no small part to the media lying through their teeth repeatedly about Arbury being a "jogger", when it is a complete and total lie.

      • Meanwhile, the "transitory" inflation brought to us courtesy The Chairman hit a 30-year high in October at a whopping 6.2%. The answer, obviously, is to spend a FUCKTON more mone. Helicopter drop that shit like it's going out of style. As I've been told by The Chairman and his Administration -- (a) this will cost nothing; and (b) this will reduce inflation. I am, of course, not making that up. Those are actually positions taken in support of the reconciliation trainwreck.

Even my wife, who is legit partisan, acknowledged that The Chairman's plans seem like "a lot" given the current state of things. Her position is (a) if you have something really important you want to do, then pass that as a stand-alone bill; and (b) perhaps wait to to go hog wild until we our economic house in order.

        • Rittenhouse owes his likely acquittal to the fact that:

          A. 100% of the incident is on camera, including very favorable photos and footage of him pre-shooting.

          B. He shot white people. If he had shot black people, he would be going to prison for life.

          No, they aren't.

          • Rittenhouse owes his likely acquittal to the facts of the case and the testimony of the witnesses. The video footage is certainly useful to show him retreating -- to show him NOT looking for a fight. But they have testimony to that effect. And they have plenty of testimony as to the actual facts of what happened when he shot the attackers. Whether the victims were black or white -- those facts are devastating to the prosecution. Devastating.

Now, I'd concede the uproar would be exponentially greater if the attackers were black, but a jury isn't going to convict on these facts.

            • After the three men in Georgia are successfully lynched, the two cops who shot the guy in the Wendy's parking lot will be lynched. I guarantee you those guys are going to prison for life. But at least in that case, there will be some consequences in the form of the greatest Blue Flu of all time.

              • Rittenhouse got railroaded on trumped up charges that should have never seen the inside of a courtroom. At this point, it seems like he has a strong case to pursue civil action against certain media outlets for slander.

$2,000,000 bond for shooting violent felons who were assaulting you. There should be a reckoning in the Kenosha DA's office after this clown show is over. People should be held accountable for what they did to that kid. They won't be but hopefully he can have MSNBC fund a lavish lifestyle after his acquittal.

                • Talent -- the facts are not more favorable to the prosecution in the Arbury case. The men confronted Arbury because they (rightfully) believed that he was a kleptomaniac and you can hear them saying "we just want to talk to you". They called the cops before they got in their truck (how many people do you think call the cops to let them know that they are about to murder somebody?) Arbury rushed at one of the men carrying a shotgun even though he had no reason to do so and no reason to believe that he had to do so to save his life. He did it because he was a stupid, impulsive piece of shit, a fact borne out multiple times in his personal history.

Three innocent men are going to prison in Georgia. Maybe just two if they let off the guy who took the video.

                  • Those "three guys in Georgia" are murderers plain and simple.

They deserve to go to jail for life, and the people that tried to cover it up deserve to go to jail too.

The cops have already testified that when they first arrived on scene, your citizen arrest heroes admitted they had zero evidence he had stolen anything, hadn't seen him steal anything in the past, and didn't even know where he was running from.

You're right though, the redneck welcoming party could be royally fucked. But because the actual facts of the case are bad for them, not because your total speculation is "truth".

Well, we very much disagree on whether the facts are better or not. I don't really care to argue with you on this point any more. Like ever. I'm not saying one way or the other that the folks in the Arbury case should be convicted, but I am saying that Rittenhouse has waaaaaaaaaay better facts.

Read the post that I just made.

Their innocence is as obvious as Rittenhouse's But you have to do a little more digging into the facts of the case because they are not as plainly laid out. Also, Rittenhouse having shot three white guys in self defense removes the fake "racism" angle.that is there for Arbury. If Arbury had been white, he'd still be dead, and nobody would care. The case would have never seen the light of day.

It's a fucking joke. At this point, perhaps even Strangelove would see it as so. Maybe. Most Ds are still sold on the false narrative sold to them The Media, but if you open your eyes on this one just a sliver the light is blinding.

He was on camera in the house multiple times and, as I have pointed out in the past, he did not need to have stolen anything to have committed a crime. The camera was put there specifically because shit had gone missing previously. The three men recognized him and they were on the call with the cops when he ran past their house. That's when they left the call and jumped in their truck to try and hold him until the cops got there.

But Arbury did, however, have a past of violently reacting to people who confronted him for stealing while "jogging".
