Not much from the prosecution other than "the defendant shot some guys". We all know that. The only new bit of info was that one of the rounds that killed Rosenbaum went into his back but that can be reasonably explained away because he was falling forward after the first two rounds struck his lower extremities.
Defense is up now. They are preparing to display dozens of pictures and video. The prosecution complained that they shouldn't be allowed because they haven't been introduced as evidence yet. The judge essentially said, yeah... this is a trial. That's what we're here to do. They are introducing all the photographic evidence they plan to use in their opening. This should be a quite a beatdown on day 1.
