      Kapture,

I have a screen cap of the tga daen website front page. It clearly states (and has stated) that “an adverse event doesn’t mean the medication was the cause.”

In medical studies, death of any cause naturally removes the subject from further observation. This is exceedingly common. In fact, the 471 deaths with 20 million doses matches the expected death rate from other or any causes well.

This kinda stuff is just silly unless there is something that shows a causal, vaccine-related connection. As you remember a few months ago in the US, 7 million doses of Johnson & Johnson were given and then administration was stopped because of just 6 women with clots….wait.

I am sure you won’t believe me. Fool’s errand that I keep going back to the well on. I need to be more disciplined.

      • This poll taken before the drama today.

52% of Texans say the state is on the "wrong track". That's the highest "wrong track response" in the past 12 years. Governor Abbott is at 41% approval, the worst since he''s been in office.

          • I guess my point would be, why even wear a watch to a solemn occasion like that. Do you need to be elsewhere? You're the President. You go where you want, when you want. Others have to do what you say, not the other way around. If you are truly interested in showing comfort and respect to the families, why is time a consideration? Take what time you need to do the job.

                • Re: Biden’s watch. It’s not a huge deal to me. People handle funerals and ceremonies like that differently. At my mom’s funeral, I made jokes, probably looked at my own watch a 100 times, and was late getting to my seat as the ceremony started, and I loved my mom more than I can possibly put into words.

I guess what I am saying is there are plenty of legitimate things to skewer Sleepy Joe over. Looking at his watch a few times standing on the tarmac at Dover is the least of my concerns.

As always, your mileage may vary.

This is true. It's also absolutely true that if PDJT had done the same thing he'd be getting raked by everyone on the Left and, well, most of the Media. It's the way of things today.

I spent 4 years amazed at the piddley, irrelevant outrage from the Left when there was sooooooo much real outrage to be had.

                      • Oh, I agree with that. The media definitely invented a few things to be outraged at Trump over. If the watch were on the other wrist, so to speak, it would have had more media purchase. My comment was, of course, just my own evaluation of the matter.

Over two decades of being bombarded with the toxic radioactivity of your own goddamn evaluation of matters. It's a wonder we haven't all turned into catatonic frozen wing-peddling monkeyclowns of the Great Scottsbluff Steppe of Despair.

And the frozen wings of Scottsbluff Steppe are other-worldly. Wiz makes the “honey” barbecue with Kraft (of course) and splenda packets (secret recipe). Wash those down with a Natty Ice and that is pure Nebraska haute cuisine.
