Oh the plot thickens...I didn't hear before that Victoria Toensing's office in DC was also raided this morning.

Toensing and husband Joe DiGenova are longtime Republican operatives (both used to be very frequent guests on Fox and especially Hannity) had been representing Dmitry Firtash, the aforementioned Ukrainian/Russian mob guy who has been stuck in Austria for years while the US tries to extradite him.

The FBI warrant specifically wants all communications between Rudy and corrupt "reporter" Jon Solomon, who we know was being fed "stories" by Toensing/DiGenova

Fear is sometimes appropriate. When viral deaths are plummeting and a population is rapidly approaching herd immunity, thanks to a vaccine that every credible scientists or doctor thinks is safe and highly effective, then fear is not appropriate. It is the response of a moron. In this case, somebody who should know better but doesn't, because her purpose is to be a paper pushing seat warmer, not an actual value-added leader. Good context to remember the next time that we are told to obey CDC guidelines without question.

I have little doubt that Rudy is guilty of something at least as severe as illegally removing the tags from his mattresses. He may have even once told a law enforcement investigator that he ate steak for lunch when he ate fish or was watching Netflix when he was actually watching Prime instead. Whatever they find will be prosecuted beyond the fullest extent of the law.

Yeah, well I'd say again that it's generally not easy to get a warrant against a lawyer in good standing, let alone one that was previously a US Attorney and worked personally for the President. DiGenova (if he's involved) was a US Attorney once too. It's very possible that the only connection this all has to Trump is that Rudy became acquainted with Toensing, DiGenova, and Firtash while trying to find dirt to use against Biden. And then they got up to some unrelated mischief on their own.

Leaked footage from nearly a decade ago of Wayne LaPierre and his wife killing elephants for pleasure.

Wayne hits but doesn't kill his. Then misses a killshot at point blank range a couple times before someone else finally puts the animal out of its misery. The NRA apparently filmed this but decided the footage wasn't the PR bonanza that they had hoped for. Probably because it would, for one, anger a lot of people, even those of us who support hunting to a degree. And two, it kind of makes Wayne look incompetent, especially when his wife kills hers on the first try.
