  • Free college. Boon to the upper middle class. Eliminate SALT cap. Boon to the upper middle class.

We're watching the parties flip as the Ds become the white collar, rich professionals and the Rs become blue collar middle america. The Ds desperately need to hang on to their "intersectionalism" dominance and/or make sure everyone goes to college to learn about how awesome the Ds are and how terrible the Rs are.

    Either way.

    • Constitutional expert Ted Cruz says he's willing to make the case to the Supreme Court that the PA Legislature didn't have the power to allow universal mail-in voting, but it DOES have the power to now invalidate nearly 7 Million mail-in ballots and simply pick a winner

      • Cruz is fairly smart. I’m sure he’ll prepare if allowed to argue.

A big driver for Democrat loyalties migrating to the upper middle class is that the upper middle class tends to have gone through Democrat indoctrination centers and they tend to be more plugged into the Matrix. Just looking at a sampling -- the upper middle classes tend to be socially liberal nowadays.

              • The problem everywhere outside of Georgia is that there is no hard evidence of ballot box stuffing and fraud taking place (in Georgia there is a smoking gun that the media has completely ignored). There is very strong statistical evidence in states like Pennsylvania, but it's incredibly dangerous to allow for elections to be overturned based solely on statistical anomalies. There are hundreds of sworn affidavits too, but no hard numbers associated with them and lots of speculation built in. And on top of that, there is no time to litigate. The decision has to be made now.

IMHO Georgia should be overturned, or at least least invalidated. But Biden doesn't need Georgia. Ultimately, the R held legislatures in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania fucked up by not putting in proper safeguards. I still can't believe that you aren't allowed to take video in Michigan where the Wayne County votes were counted. All vote counting should be recorded on camera so that these disputes do not come down to a "he said, she said" type situation.

People tend to associated education and income with intelligence. There's some validity in that, but I feel pretty confident in saying that the guy packing boxes at my local Best Buy Order Fulfillment Center probably knows as much as or more about social issues as most of the engineers that I work with.

                  • What's the "hard evidence" in Georgia? That video? The Sec of State has debunked that.

And Hanni, you constantly bring up affidavits. Every single person working the election is sworn in under penalty of perjury and all that. For every affidavit signed by some goober (in some of Sidney Powell's bullshit lawsuits, they were signed anonymously) they can (and have) counter with testimony from an election official who says it's bullshit.

                    • And yes, Sidney Powell was trying to submit as evidence testimony from someone only known as "Spyder" to protect their identity.

Two of the "Kraken" suits got tossed yesterday.

They didn't "debunk" anything. Just because they had ballot containers instead of "suitcases" doesn't mean that they were counting valid votes. That the observers weren't sent home is also a very easily disprovable lie.

They announced that they were going to stop counting the votes. This was reported widespread at the time and there are multiple affiants who have sworn to it. You can even find news announcements that match the timing of the video.

The room clears out because of a dishonest announcement that the counting is about to stop. Shortly thereafter, the poll workers are counting huge boxes of ballots that were, for some reason, being mysteriously stored under the tables. Not long after the events of the video, Joe Biden got a massive vote spike. What a shock.

You don't have to take my word for it. Watch the video. Watch the room clear out at the same time that multiple media outlets report that the voting is going to stop for the night. Watch them pull huge bins of votes out from under the tables right after that and start tabulating the votes in an empty room. They did this for an hour or two.

The video was only somewhat recently discovered by the Trump team, BTW. Affiants swore to the shenanigans shown in the video before they knew that the video existed. Their stories were also considered "not credible" or "debunked" until the video came out.

                          • The Georgia Sec of State openly disputes this junk "IRON CLAD PROOF" video and says that an investigator and independent observer were still present in the room when those ballots were counted.

Just more horseshit born of desperation, throwing anything at the wall and hoping it sticks.

A Georgia elections official says video from Atlanta that Donald Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani called a 'smoking gun' purporting to show election fraud was in fact 'normal ballot processing.'

The Georgia secretary of state’s office is pushing back Friday against a video that went viral, appearing to show suitcases of ballots being pulled from under a table after poll observers left the room in Fulton County.

Georgia election officials disputed a video promoted by President Donald Trump’s campaign as evidence of election fraud,

                            • Ooh, check this out. An investigator has signed a SWORN AFFIDAVIT that there were NO "mystery ballots". She also says the Republican observers weren't told to leave; they left on their own. Published by Fox news itself!

                              That seals it. An Affidavit!
