Here's some actual election fraud. Democrat judge of elections took bribes to cast fake ballots on behalf of people running for Common Pleas judge in Philadelphia. Unfortunately the political consultant who paid him to do this and the three candidates are not named at all.

Talent -- if you are saying that these guys should still be convicted because they don't meet extremely high standards for saying that they had probable cause for a citizen's arrest then -- fine -- I guess that we can agree to disagree. But it's beyond dispute at this point that Ahmed Arbury was not out for a morning jog, and I think that it's beyond dispute that the two defendants acted in good faith. They had no intent of killing the guy when they left their homes. The guy was seen trespassing that morning and numerous multiple times before. The property owner specifically put up security cameras because of his prior experiences with shit getting stolen and he asked them to help watch his construction site. They called the cops and they were going to hold him in place until they showed up. That's not a formula for meting out vigilante justice. And it's certainly not the narrative that is being sold by every single media outlet across the country, including even the Right Wing leaning ones like Fox News. "Innocent jogger shot for being black" is the fakest of fake news.

Yeah, that's the thing -- probable cause isn't the standard. That's the police standard. It's not the citizen arrest standard because we don't want citizen arrests. The citizen arrest standard is they, more or less, have to know.

If they were police then none of this is an issue. Their actions were perfectly acceptable for police.
