Trump has a transactional personality. I think its in his DNA to shakedown anybody or any entity he interacts with. Does anybody actually think that when Trump sends major butt-licker Pompeo globetrotting, demanding foreign leaders target Trump's political opponents or closed investigations, that there is not some implied threat attached?
