He made it plain that he couldn't completely exonerate PDJT. He didn't make it plain that PDJT was guilty. I mean, for those of us with a brain and that can understand the English language. To help out, that distinction gets to the whole "presumed innocent" thing.
To reiterate -- the Russia fraud was completely disproven. All that remained is allegations that PDJT "covered up" a non-crime by threatening to exercise his LEGAL authority, but not actually doing. Yes, that's correct -- the obstruction concerns the threat of pulling the plug on the very investigation that just concluded. Those are the indisputable facts. End. Of. Your problem is the English language and the words Mueller used. You know exactly what he said and that's why you meander off on conclusions unrelated to substance.
