In the RCP, he's about at his best net negative since he fired Comey. He was sort of trending that way already, but he's right around -7.5 to -8ish. That's about as good as he can possibly do. trump might have something to run on if they can ever make an issue of what the DOJ/Brannen clapper etc authorized but only if it can be proven it came from the top. if Obama gets linked to using the dossier as a weapon knowing it was FOS but trying to influence an election then you wonder if biden gets dragged into it

When the Watergate Special Counsel investigation concluded, the SC's office requested in federal court that all grand jury testimony be included for transparency since the accusations involved the President. The federal court granted the request and the report went to Congress fully intact.
Will Attorney General Bill Barr show the same ethics, integrity, and non-partisan intellectual honesty as Leon Jaworski who made the original request?
