Typical #trumpbuttlickers try to demonize the person that they perceive as a threat.
Carry on.

stay with me AA
the point was 3 weeks ago Acosta is in a verbal sparring match with the pres claiming the caravan was hundreds of miles away and there would be no scaling of walls or attempted invasion
this past weekend showed how wrong he was in his verbal sparring match with 45 at that press conference--nothing to do with the woman or the ban or CNN

Crash, I understand, but it's all so tiresome. Everyone, even Acosta, knew that the migrants would not queue in some orderly fashion. If we are going to rehash old shit like this, we could do it for anyone in Washington.
Your statement that "Acosta looks like an idiot again" doesn't make sense because he never stopped looking like a grandstanding shill looking for notoriety."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

I think Ocasio-Cortez is young, idealistic, and completely in over her head. Given time, she can probably get it together.
The image is of a non-player character. Something to do with video games that the right is using as sass toward the left."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

It'll be interesting to see what people like her do with the increased availability of material showing what nonsense passes for economic-policy discourse in this country. Piketty has held up over time, so the income-inequality plank of the discussion is alive and well. Rather than pretend to be socialists and demanding more from our captains of industry, I'd like to see a movement that aims to restore the economy to the principles to which we think it still adheres. People are starting to measure the extent to which the economy is based on rent-seeking and influence-purchasing. Here's Businessweek excerpting Jonathan Tepper's new book: https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/ar...talism-exposed. Going a level deeper, this: https://www.kirkusreviews.com/book-r...of-everything/. It's time to think about who actually creates value, and to understand ALL of Adam Smith, rather than the movie-trailer version. Smart versions of AOC-type politicians should be absorbing this scholarship as fast as humanly possible.
