  • Christ on a cross we have lost our fucking minds.
I'd ask the UMass football coach who was suspended and sent to reconditioning class because he said the officials raped the Minutemen. Uh oh. MinuteMEN. And, I'm sure the MinuteMEN, aside from being misogynistic, also were at least tangentially involved in genocide.

Crimson Tide should be ok until some aggrieved putz thinks it's mocking menstruation, at which point The Nick will rip the liver out of said putz and feed it to his pet tiger (jungle cats are easily domesticated -- probably took The Nick 2 minutes).
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
    Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

    • Not menstruation. It's mocking 'red tide' which is ecologically devasting to animals, flora and fauna.

      • Fair. I was going to say it also mocks shithole cheaters with numbers on their helmets, but that's only an unofficial nickname.

        • Speaking of which, LSU had numbers on their helmets this weekend. I thought about that bit of infamy.

Correct. But since the fake screed came from LSU about Bama when the Nick was the LSU coach and now he is at Bama and LSU has numbers on their helmets...well, I like a bit of cosmic synchronicity.

                    • Avenatti and Swetnick don't matter to the people who don't want Kav. But they do matter to the people who want Kav and the few who could be swayed. The Ds intentionally put out all 3 stories to bootstrap the narrative, but the risk is that if one of the 3 goes ways way fucking south it bootstraps the counter-narrative. As it turns out, they have 1 absolute total horseshit story, 1 story the NYT wouldn't run but is at least theoretically plausible (dorm-room drinking getting a little out of hand? believable), and 1 story that has holes, but at least Ford testified.

The Ds buying into Avenatti and Swetnick and asking about it at the hearing -- that's galvanizing. I think it significantly reduced the chances of splitting off the Rs. It may still happen because Flake is going to Flake and who knows with Murkowski and Collins. But I think their chances of getting there are a lot better with just Ford.

I agree. I think Swetnick's allegations, her walking back of several parts of her sworn statement on MSNBC, even calling Brett the wrong name. That interview by any standard was a dumpster fire, and severely damaged her credibility. Then when the world is laughing at Avenatti, and the Dems are distancing themselves, he brings forward another witness that back up everything Julie herself walked back lmao.

He helped the confirmation of Kavanaugh, while at the same time marginalized actual rape victims and untied the right against the Dems in a way I have never seen. Lindsay Graham made this point, whether you are a Trump Republican, a McCain Republican, a Bush Republican, a Reagan Republican, a Conservative, a Libertarian, we are all united behind Kavanaugh because of the left's insane insistence that the accused must prove their innocence. Tearing down a lifelong reputation over allegations without proof, that should have been investigated behind the scenes. That is a feat that no one on the republican side could do, because there are often sharp disagreements in the right between those factions. not on this. and 34 days to midterms too.

I would almost guess that Creepy Porn Lawyer is on Trump's payroll or something.

I mean, I really like the dog park rape culture article, but being able to get a chapter from Mein Kampf published in a gender intersectionality journal...that's motherfucking fantastic.

I've long suspected that academic research is by-in-large driven by political and social agendas, the end result of that kind of crap driving media reports, influencing positions politicians take and worst of all being pumped into the minds of kids in college who we hope to be leaders in the next generation. Holy Shit!

It's nice to see these guys prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt ....... dog park humping invites rape culture within that park. Jeeeeezuz!!!!. And Yeah, Mein Kampf......let's make sure our kids are imbued with the themes in this book disguised as socially and politically correct..
